Ingredients

    • 300 gr. whole flour
    • 15 gr. fresh yeast
    • 100 gr. brown sugar
    • 100 ml. water
    • 4 tablespoons soy milk
    • 4 tablespoons margarine
    • 1 pinch salt
    • Grated lime peel and tangerine
    • 40 gr. dried pineapple
    • 40 gr. dried mango
    • 40 gr. dried papaya
    • 50 gr. goji berries

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast and a tablespoon of flour. Cover with a cloth and let rest for at least 30 minutes. Add a pinch of salt, sugar, milk, soy flour and the dried fruit, stirring constantly.
  2. Place the dough onto a floured surface and slowly add the softened margarine. Let the mixture stand covered for two hours.
  3. Place the dough in a high cake tin and bake at 180 º C for 30 minutes.
