Ingredients

    • 450 gr. biological carrots
    • 160 gr. rolled oats
    • 200 ml. oat beverage or similar
    • 2 golden delicious apples
    • 200 gr. of dates
    • 2 organic eggs

Method

  1. Rehydrate the oats in the oat beverage.
  2. Heat oven to 180ºC.
  3. Wash and grate the carrots finely. Wash and grate the apple.
  4. Chop dates and drain the oats.
  5. Mix all ingredients (including eggs) in a food processor or blender. Pour the mixture into a rectangular cake mold of 22 x 12 cm or terrine, cover with baking paper – brushed with oil  – and cook 40-45 minutes or until the terrine looks stiff.
