Ingredients

    • 6 lychees
    • 1 Williams pear
    • 4 or 5 Strawberries
    • 50 gr. sugar
    • 100 ml balsamic vinegar
    • Virgin olive oil
    • Sichuan pepper
    • Eucalyptus Candy

Method

  1. Cut the lychees and Strawberries in quarters,  and the pear (with skin) into strips.
  2. If you have a flat-top grill he fruit can be cooked with just a little oil on top (5 min). Otherwise, roast in oven for 7 minutes at 220 º C
  3. While cooking, make a syrup by boiling the vinegar and sugar. Allow to reduce.

Assembly

  1. Place the fruit (these can be served warm) next to each other. Season with vinegar syrup, oil, pepper and top with some candy.
