Ingredients

    • 5ml goat milk
    • 1/2 g (vegetable rennet)
    • Honey to taste

Method

  1. Buy raw milk
  2. Put soaked vegetable rennet
  3. Boil milk
  4. Let cool down at 37ºC
  5. Let it curdle
  6. Cut milk with a knife and let drain the whey
  7. Strain the curd milk with gauze
  8. Beat the result by hand or with electric blender
  9. Save it in gauze
  10. Serve with honey form the apiaries in the area
