    For geletin

    • 300ml blood orange juice
    • 50ml Campari
    • 2g of agar agar

Method

  1. Dissolve the agar agar with orange juice and Campari in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to the boil and leave until set on a flat plate. The gelatin should be half a centimeter thick.
  3. Chop the Strawberries and cut the roses into very thin strips. Peel the blood orange and cut into segments.
  4. Assembly:
    Once the gelatin has cooled, break into small pieces and place in a bowl. Then spread over the chopped Strawberries, blood orange segments and roses.
