Ingredients

    • 400 gr. watermelon, peeled and seeded
    • 400 gr. Strawberries
    • 200 gr. cherries
    • 2 tablespoons chopped mint
    • 400 gr. sugar
    • Juice of 1 lemon

Method

  1. Blend the watermelon in a food mixer.
  2. Chop pitted cherries and Strawberries. Mix with lemon juice, watermelon juice and sugar. Simmer over a over low heat, skimming and stirring occasionally.
  3. When thickened, remove from heat and wait until it is lukewarm or just before bottlin to add the chopped mint.
