Ingredients

    • 10 slices of whole-wheat bread without crusts
    • 2 slices smoked salmon
    • 2 slices of beef carpaccio
    • 250 gr. salad greens (rocket, watercress, Spinach)
    • 200 gr. grated Parmesan cheese
    • 10 gr. Burgos-style cheese
    • 3 or 4 chopped walnuts
    • Salt
    • Pepper

     

Method

  1. Flatten the bread with a rolling pin.
  2. Spread with cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the smoked salmon with Spinach leaves, dressed with oil; the carpaccio with the rocket and Parmesan, and the cheese with walnuts and watercress; and spread these fillings out over the bread.
  4. Roll it up, cut in half and serve.
