Method

  1. In a hot frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, saute the mushrooms, chopped into quarters, along with the sliced garlic. Once they start to soften, add the Asparagus and carrots, cut in half.
  2. Saute for 2-3 minutes and add the white wine. Let it evaporate and serve.

Tip

Serve as a side dish with fish or meat. Use your favorite vegetables or any seasonal mushroom.
