    • Rocket garganelli
    • Blue cheese
    • Liquid cream
    • Thyme
    • Cherry tomatoes
    • Ham slivers

Method

  1. Cook the garganelli for 12 minutes in boiling water with a pinch of salt. Then cool in ice water and reserve.
  2. Reduce by simmering a 200ml pot of double cream.
  3. When the cream thickens, add the blue cheese and stir , remove from heat and reserve.
  4. In a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, fry the pasta with a few halved cherry tomatoes and a few slivers of ham.
  5. Serve with the sauce.

Tip

If blue cheese is too strong, you can prepare the sauce with grated parmesan cheese.
