Ingredients

    • 100g prawns
    • 100g mussels
    • 100g clams
    • Octopus, 2 tentacles
    • 300gr fresh pasta
    • a drizzle of olive oil
    • 1 bunch chives
    • 1 bunch garlic sprouts

Method

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water and a drizzle of olive oil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool under running water.
  2. Open the mussels and clams in a pot with half a glass of white wine, chill, and reserve the flesh from shellfish.
  3. Cook the prawns for 3-4 minutes, cool and peel. In a frying pan, with a drizzle of olive oil, saute the garlic sprouts and add the shellfish, boiled and sliced octopus, prawns, clams and mussels.
  4. Serve, season and add a teaspoon of chopped chives.

Tip

To easily peel seafood, cook it in salted water and cool in ice water.
