Ingredients

    • 500g Spinach ravioli
    • 200g fresh Spinach
    • 100g cured ham
    • 100ml double cream
    • 1 dash of olive oil
    • 1 clove garlic
    • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. You can prepare the pasta dough yourself or buy it ready-made. If you’re making it yourself, just do so in the usual manner and add 50g of Spinach to the dough.
  2. Stuff the ravioli with Spinach and nuts.
  3. Cook fresh pasta for about 5-6 minutes in boiling water, cool and reserve. In a saucepan of boiling water, cook the Spinach for a couple of minutes, blend with the help of a blender and add the warm cream gradually. In a frying pan, with a drizzle of olive oil, saute the finely chopped garlic and the pasta.
  4. Add the ham when about to serve. Serve the  pasta with the creamed Spinach, ham and fried Spinach leaves.
  5. Add salt & pepper at the last minute.

Tip

For a lighter dish, don’t add the cream.
