Ingredients

    • 200g Rigatone Afeltra
    • 500gr Aragon olives
    • 50ml honey
    • 200g of rocket
    • 8 slices of bacon
    • 1 tray of cherry tomatoes
    • Olive oil

Method

  1. In saucepan of boiling water, boil the pasta for 15 minutes with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Stone and blend the olives together with the honey until you obtain a smooth paste. Stuff the pasta with the paste.
  3. Stretch out a strip of bacon and place a piece of macaroni at each end. Wrap it up and fry in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil until the bacon is crisp.
  4. Serve the rolls of pasta with bacon with sauteed cherry tomatoes, rocket leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.

Tip

Stuff the pasta with ham or seafood croquette mix
