Ingredients

    • About 200 gr. smoked salmon
    • 300 gr. sushi rice
    • 4 nori
    • Sesame seeds
    • Cream cheese
    • ½ Cucumber
    • 150 ml. sushi vinegar

     

Method

  1. Cook the rice covered with 300 ml. of water until all the water is absorbed, remove, and mix with 150ml. sushi vinegar.
  2. Cut the nori in half.
  3. With wet hands, cover the sheets of seaweed with rice. Then, on one of the sheets, spread a little cream cheese, a few thin slices of cucumber and a few slices of smoked salmon. Cover with another sheet of seaweed with rice and press well.
  4. Slice into triangles or squares, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Repeat.
