Nori  salad rolls

Ingredients

    • 4 sheets of nori
    • 120 gr. brown rice
    • 1 carrot
    • 4 large radishes
    • 100 g fresh qhite cheese
    • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

Method

  1. Cook the rice.
  2. Finely dice the carrots, radishes and fresh cheese.
  3. In a bowl, mix the rice with soy sauce, carrots, radishes, fresh cheese, and sunflower seeds.
  4. Spread the mixture over half of the nori sheet and start rolling, pressing down with your hands.
  5. Cut the roll into 2cm thick pieces and serve.
