Ingredients

    • 1 sheet of puff or regular pastry
    • 300g of wild mushrooms
    • 1 bunch garlic sprouts
    • 3 eggs
    • 250ml single cream
    • 50g grated cheese

Method

  1. Saute the sliced mushrooms with garlic sprouts until they begin to brown. Set aside.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry in the baking dish and pour in the fried mushrooms. Mix the eggs with the cream, beating well, and add the mixture to the pie.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.

 

Tip

To better bind the pie and speed things up, add grated cheese to the egg mixture and milk or cream.
