Ingredients

    • 20 gr. green beans
    • 2 carrots
    • 1 beet
    • 200 gr. lentils
    • 1 tablespoon raisins
    • 1 piece of ginger (20 gr. approx.)
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method

  1. Cook the lentils until tender, drain and season with the tablespoon of soy sauce and diced ginger.
  2. Peel the beet and carrots and cut into very thin sticks. Do the same with the green beans. Mix with raisins and olive oil.
  3. Cut 4 squares of baking paper and in the center of each put some lentils and vegetable mixture. Fold the edges down and put in preheated oven at 200 º C for 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
