Ingredients

    • 1 pack of cherry tomatoes
    • 200 gr. feta cheese
    • 1 cucumber
    • 1 small red onion
    • Kalamata olives
    • 200 gr. watermelon
    • Some green salad leaves
    • Maldon salt
    • Virgin olive oil
    • Balsamic vinegar or Lemon juice

Method

  1. Cut a cross with a knife in the base of each tomato, just barely cutting the skin.
  2. blanch inboiling water for a few seconds, cool in ice water and peel.
  3. With melon scoop , make watermelon balls the same size as the tomatoes.
  4. julienne the onion and chop the cucumber as you see fit.
  5. Assemble the salad by combining all ingredients.
  6. Dress well at the last minute and serve.
