Fresh carbonara pasta with broccoli and ham

Ingredients

    • 400 gr. fresh pasta
    • 2 onions
    • 1 head of broccoli
    • 200 gr. sliced ham
    • Salt and pepper
    • 250 ml. liquid cream

Method

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water, with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil and the broccoli broken up into florets, until the pasta is al dente – about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Saute julienned onions with ham. Once the onion is soft, add the pasta and broccoli along with the cream. Heat through and serve.

Tip

You can add grated cheese. Also, try adding garlic sprouts to the saute or any other vegetable.
