Ingredients

    • 1 / 2 mango
    • 2 passion fruit
    • 3 oranges
    • 4 slices of dried mango *

    * Available in health food stores or large supermarkets.

Method

  1. Peel the mango, remove stone and chop into pieces.
  2. Cut the passion fruit in half and remove the pulp with a spoon.
  3. Squeeze the oranges for juice.
  4. Add the orange juice, the mango pulp and passion fruit to a blender. Blend well until there are no lumps.
  5. Serve immediately with slices of dried mango.
