Ingredients

    • ½ liter of soy milk
    • 100gr. rice
    • 60g. sugar
    • 1 cinnamon stick
    • Rind of a lemon
    • Rind of an orange
    • 1 vanilla pod
    • 1 tablespoon of chocolate
    • 1 tablespoon of sugar to caramelize

Method

  1. Boil half a liter of soy milk in a saucepan with the cinnamon stick, the lemon and orange rinds and the open vanilla pod.
  2. Rinse the rice well in a colander to wash away the starch.
  3. Add the rice and sugar to the saucepan and simmer over a low heat for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the rinds, vanilla pod and cinnamon stick and serve the rice in small bowls. Leave in refrigerator until chilled.
  5. Grate chocolate over half of the desserts. Top the rest with sugar and burn with a blowtorch to caramelize.
