Ingredients

    • 4 eggs
    • 100g sugar
    • 150g flour
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 yogurt
    • The juice of 2 Lemons
    • 2 sachets of baking powder
    • 1 knob of butter

Method

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and oil. Then add the sifted flour and baking powder, grated lemon peel, yogurt and lemon juice. Mix well add the mixture to a mold, greased with butter.
  2. Bake at 160 degrees for 45 minutes until the cake is cooked through. Remove from oven, let cool and serve.

Tip

Prick the cake with a needle or knife. If it comes out clean, the cake is baked..
