Ingredients

    • 8 slices of watermelon with their skin of approximately 200 gr. each
    • Sea salt flakes
    • Fresh basil leaves

Method

  1. Heat a flat-top grill or frying pan and fry the watermelon on both sides.
  2. Place two pieces per person on a plate, sprinkle with a few flakes of sea salt on each slice and add fresh basil leave

Tip

You can also use melon. Or make a cold soup of watermelon and strawberries ideal to take to work or as a treat between meals. Just blend the watermelon in a mixer with a few strawberries and strain to remove seeds. You can also add a sprig of mint.
