    • Dark or white cooking chocolate
    • Chocolate ice cream or apple sorbet

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate.
  2. Make ice cream balls with the help of scoop and return to freezer.
  3. When they are frozen, pierce them with a stick.
  4. Dip the frozen balls in the chocolate. You can use the white or dark chocolate.
  5. You can leave the stick in or remove it and plug the hole with a little chocolate

Tip

The chocolates can be served frozen cold, a little soft inside.
