Citrus in minty syrup with mint

Ingredients

    • Grapefruit
    • Orange
    • Lime
    • Sugar
    • Mint
    • Water

Method

  1. Prepare a syrup in a saucepan by dissolving 75gr sugar in 250ml, or a glass, of water. When the water begins to boil remove from heat, let cool slightly and add julienned mint leaves. Reserve in refrigerator until cool.
  2. Add the peeled fruit and top with a dash of the syrup when serving.


Tip

Let the fruit soak in the syrup in the refrigerator for more flavor.
