Ingredients

    • 1 roll of puff pastry (bought or homemade)
    • 50g almonds
    • 50g walnuts
    • 100ml honey
    • 100g icing sugar
    • 1 stick cinnamon
    • 1 knob butter

Method

  • Crush with a pesol and mortar the nuts, sugar and honey, set aside. 
  • With the help of a rolling pim roll the puff pastry until at least doubling its size. 
  • Place the pastry sheet on a baking tray, cover with crushed mixture. 
  • Fold the pastry and then add the mixture of nuts and honey.
  • Finally placing another layer of pastry on top.
  • Paint the pastry with butter and cut the pastry into small squares.
  • Bake the pastry at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
