Ingredients

    • 4 cod fillets
    • Edible Flowers
    • Tender lettuce leaves
    • Alfalfa sprouts, Peas, etc, to taste!
    • Olive oil
    • Trout roe

Method

  1. Mix the tender leaves of lettuce with sprouts, edible flowers in a bowl, mix well and dress with a splash of olive oil.Reserve.
  2. Put the desalted cod in a steamer and cook for 2 minutes until the cod is done.
  3. Serve the cod accompanied by the salad and sprinkle everything with a teaspoon of trout roe mixed with olive oil.

Tip

If you buy salt cod, soak for 24 hours in water, changing the water every 8 hours to remove the salt. Test the saltiness before cooking
