Ingredients

    • 4 tartlets
    • 100 gr. seasonal mushroom
    • 50 gr. Iberian ham, diced
    • ½ clove garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
    • Olive oil
    • Salt

Method

  1. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
  2. Season and saute the mushrooms in a pan with plenty of oil and set aside.
  3. Saute garlic and ham in skillet and add mushrooms. Mix well and add salt.
  4. Fill the tartlets with the mixture at the last minute and sprinkle with parsley.
