Ingredients

    • 200g Spinach
    • 100g blue cheese
    • 2 pears
    • 100g walnuts
    • 50gr bacon
    • Honey vinaigrette in three colors
    • 30g raisins
    • Dried tomatoes

Method

  1. Arrange a bed of baby Spinach, in four serving dishes.
  2. Top with nuts, raisins, tomato – previously hydrated and cut into strips – a few crumbs of blue cheese and finely slice pear. Just before serving, fry the bacon, cut into strips, and add to the salad.
  3. Drizzle with honey vinaigrette and serve.

 

Tip

Get a greater contrast in flavors using Roquefort and caramelized pears in white or red wine
