Beef in oyster sauce

Ingredients

    • 300 gr. beef fillet
    • 150 gr. broccoli
    • 2 Cloves garlic
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon corn flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
    • Virgin olive oil
    • Salt

Method

  1. Marinate the meat in a bowl of soy sauce, corn flour, olive oil and baking soda for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile boil the broccoli for 3-4 minutes with a pinch of salt.
  3. Sauté the drained beef in a hot frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the broccoli and sliced garlic. Saute and add the oyster sauce and any remaining marinade. Serve immediately.
