    • Mozzarella balls
    • Cherry tomatoes
    • Iberian ham
    • Basil 
Olive oil

Method

  1. Stick a slice of ham, two peeled cherry tomatoes, a basil leaf and a mozzarella ball on a skewer in any order you like.
  2. Accompany the skewers with basil oil: shred a bunch of basil and mix with a glass of sunflower oil, and serve. 

Tip:
  3. To peel tomatoes easily, make a small cut in the skin and blanch in boiling water for 30 seconds. Then cool in ice water, and peel.
