Ingredients

    • 10 sheets of rice filo
    • 200g. cold mineral water
    • 100g. lemon juice
    • 60g. Tamari

Method

  1. Coat sheets of rice with the mixture of water, juice and tamari.
  2. Place on top of each sheet of rice 60g. shoots of mezclum leaves.
  3. Roll the sheets up closing each end like an envelope
  4. Ñeave 30min in the refrigerator.
  5. Cut the rolls into 4 slices of equal width.
  6. Place slices on serving plates. Coat with a miso vinagrette fresh Herbs, petals, seeds ...
