Ingredients

    • 4 slices of bread
    • 4 Quail Eggs
    • 1 chorizo ​​from Burgos
    • 2 piquillo peppers
    • Olive oil
    • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Fry Quail Eggs in hot oil till they turn clear and golden around the edges. Fry the thinly sliced chorizo sausages in the same oil.
  2. Cut the peppers into strips
  3. Toast bread and top with a strip of pepper, then a fried Egg and a few slices of chorizo.
  4. Serve hot.
