Mini ham and cheese omelet sandwich

Ingredients

    • 4 slices of  bread
    • 4 eggs
    • 4 slices of ham
    • 4 slices of cheese
    • 2 ripe tomatoes
    • Salt

Method

  1. Beat an Egg and add it to a hot frying pan with a little oil. Stir until half-cooked. Add a slice of ham and cheese. Close up the omelet and remove from heat.
  2. Cut bread in half and rub each piece with tomato. Season with salt and dress with oil. Top with tomelet and close with the other half of bread. Serve immediately.
