Ingredients

    • 4 slices of bread
    • 4 slices of morcilla
    • 4 thick slices of goat cheese
    • 1 ripe tomato
    • Olive oil


    For the vinaigrette:

    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • sea salt

Method

  1. Mix all the vinaigrette ingredients and set aside.
  2. Toast the bread.
  3. Wash and chop the tomatoes into thick slices. Fry the slices in a frying pan over a low heat with a little oil until golden. Reserve.
  4. Fry the sliced ​​morcilla sausage in another pan until crisp on both sides.
  5. Place a slice of tomato on a slice of bread, then some morcilla and a piece of goat cheese. Skewer with a toothpick to keep in place. Grill in the oven.
  6. Serve immediately sprinkled with a little vinaigrette.
