Eels in garlic sauce

Ingredients

    • 400 gr. of fresh eels
    • 1 chili
    • 1 clove garlic
    • Olive oil

Method

  1. Saute the chili pepper and sliced garlic in a casserole dish with a splash of olive oil.
  2. When they begin to brown, add the eels, remove from heat and stir. Serve immediately
