Ingredients

    • 1 large potato
    • 50g of caviar or substitute
    • 50g mayonnaise
    • 300ml olive oil

Method

  1. Slice the potatoes as thinly as possible with a sharp knife or a mandolin.
  2. Roll the potatoes up and fry in hot olive oil over medium heat, making sure they don't burn. Remove and dry on kitchen paper and allow to cool.
  3. Fill them with a teaspoon of caviar and a half spoon of mayonnaise. Serve as an appetizer.

Tip

Secure with a toothpick ehile frying so they don't lose their shape.
