Ingredients

    • 4 thin slices of bread
    • 4 prawns
    • 4 thin slices of bacon
    • Olive oil
    • Salt flakes

Method

  1. Peel the prawns leaving the last ring and tail. Save the heads and carcasses for further dishes.
  2. Roll up the shrimp tails with a strip of bacon and fasten with a toothpick.
  3. Cut slices of bread into bite-sized pieces and toast.
  4. Saute  the prawn tails in a nonstick frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
  5. Stick the prawns on the bread and serve hot. You can decorate with salt flakes.
