Duck eggs

Bigger and more flavorful (higher in fat) than chicken eggs, duck eggs have a smooth shell that is stronger and less porous. The deep yellow yolk is proportionally larger than in the eggs of hens, and whites are more gelatinous. Duck eggs should be eaten before the expiration date, like any egg. This is because duck eggs are often sold loose and not in boxes with labels.

How to use duck eggs

Cook them the same way as chicken eggs and use in cakes and puddings, but not in meringues or any dessert that requires a lot of eggs.

    trata de usarlos el mismo dia o antes de 1 semana rompelos a temperatura ambiente y agrega gotas de leche hasta que tengas la biscocidad deseada. la leche sirve para hacerlos menos espesos al aumentar el volumen.

    Para rebajar la densidad de dichos huevos se pueden batir y agregar una cucharadita de leche por huevo. Con esta mezcla se pueden preparar deliciosas tortillas!

    HOLA, TENGO 2 PATAS Y 1 GANSA , Y 2 GANSOS MACHOS, LAVERDAD, ESTAM POPNIENDO APROXIMADAMENTE UNOS 3 HUEVOS DIARIOS, Y NO SÈ COMO COCINARLOS, MI MARIDO SE LOS HIZO CON SALCHICHA PERO LA CONSISTENCIA LE PARECIO "MASUDOS", NO TENIAN LA CONSISTENCIA DE LOS HUEVOS DE GALLINA, HAY QUE AGARRARLE AMOR A ESTA CONSISTENCIA? O LOS PRE`PARAMOS DE OTRA FORMA? ME PARECE UN DELITO QUE X NO SABER COMO PREPARARLOS SE PASEN DE FRESCOS. GRACIAS V(MEX. D.F.)
