Noodles con vegan cheese

Ingredients

    • 500g of noodles
    • 200g vegan cheese to taste (white cheddar )
    • 200ml oat cream (or soy, rice ..)
    • 2 onions (large)
    • Olive oil
    • Salt to taste
    • Black pepper
    • Oregano

  1. Peel and wash onions. Cut into strips. Poach in a pan with olive oil over low heat.
  2. While the onion are cooking, boil the pasta in a pot with salt water.
  3. Mix the cream and cheese in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add salt and pepper and stir until cheese is melted.
  4. When the pasta is ready, drain and toss in a bowl (or the same pot). Add the caramelized onions (with the oil from the pan, oregano and mix well.
  5. Serve with the sauce on the side (as shown) or mixed with pasta and onion.
