Ingredients

    • 4 filets of pork
    • bread crumbs
    • 1 egg
    • flour
    • 1/2 cabbage cut finely
    • 1 tomatoe
    • sesame oil
    • rice vinegar
    • vegetable oil (for frying)
    • 3 tablespoons of Worchester sauce
    • 8 Tablespoons of Heinz Ketchup sauce

     

  1. Wash the pork filets and pat dry on kitchen paper
  2. Dust flour onto filets
  3. Beat the egg and put the meat into the bowl and directly cover with bread crumbs
  4. Carefully put the filets onto a tray
  5. Prepare the sauce according to the mesures
  6. Put on one side in a jug
  7. Cut the cabage in fine strips with some tomatoes. seve with a sesame and rice wine vinagret.
  8. Fry the meat on a low heat.
  9. Kitchen roll to asorb any extra oil
