Sauteed mushrooms and vegetables

Ingredients

    • Seasonal mushrooms
    • Asparagus
    • Olive oil
    • Chive blossoms

  1. This dish can be made at no cost whatsoever if you happen to live near a mountain that  provides you with all  the necessary ingredients. But if you are stuck bang in the middle of the big city, this dish may be somewhat more expensive. Here's a sauteed mushroom dish served with asparagus and a good splash of olive oil.
  2. Clean the mushrooms well, saute and add the asparagus. Finally, sprinkle a few flakes of salt and chive blossoms
  3. All served on toasted crusty bread or baked loaf ... a true gift from nature.

Tip

You can always fall back on commercially cultivated mushrooms, such as oyster mushrooms, or girgola mushrooms to prepare a delicious saute. Try adding a few pieces of ham .

Recommended wine

Any wine with floral tones. For example, Azul y Garanza, Rosa from A y G, 2008
