It’s easy to make your own tea bags

Materials
Gauze
Chamomile or any other type of tea
Kitchen string
Needle

Method


1. Cut the gauze into 6 cm. x 6 cm squares of size
2. Stitch up ywo sides and place chamomile inside.
3. Carefully finish stitching the square.
4. Tie a piece of thread to your tea bag.

You can also make a small paper label to identify the type of tea or infusion.

Tip

Tea bags made with fresh mint chocolate leaves look great.
